Lash Types

Pre-made vs Pro-made

Pre-made lash fans are machine made and nearly identical and bonded together by either heat or glue. These typically come on Lash Trays, placed on strips for easier pick up and organization.

Pro-made lash fans are Hand Made by professional lash artists. These typically come as loose lashes in containers. Usually sold by weight rather than number or lashes per tray.

Synthetic lashes

are made from a polished, acrylic material and are the strongest of all. They appear a little shinier or glossier than the mink or silk lashes and are heavier in weight. They hold their curl extremely well due to their firmness. These are great for Classic lashes or dramatic volume lashes

Silk lashes

are the mid-weight type of lash extensions, and are more finely coarse and flexible than the synthetic blend. They tend to hold on slightly longer than the synthetic ones. These are great for all lash stlyes

Cashmere lashes

are Similar to silk lashes but are 60% lighter in weight. These are great for Volume & Mega Volume lashes

Faux Mink lashes

are synthetic fibers designed to imitate real mink fur. They are very fine and soft just like real fur. They have been developed to prevent curl loss in any case of water application. When wet, real mink fur lashes become straight and wispy. They are also shinier in texture than the silk lashes, giving the lashes a glossy look. These are great for all styles of lashes

Narrow vs Wide Fans

Narrow fans or "long stem" fans have more attachment area resulting in longer retention time than wide fans. Narrow fans create a darker lash line and are great for those who have a lot of natural lashes.

Wide fans or "short stem" fans have a wider base but smaller attachment area. These create a more fluffy look.
